DeleteThe content is good but about which company are you saying.
ReplyDeleteI am not talking about any company I have not chosen any of them I have just talked about an organization in real scenario only how this things are happening in real world ...well thank you
DeleteThank you
ReplyDeleteVery clearly explained 👍
ReplyDeleteThanks Vikhitha, This boosts me!
DeleteGood one
ReplyDeleteThanks Sakshi, Do follow my later articles.
DeleteHow do you answer an ethical dilemma question?
ReplyDeleteI am convinced that at one point, ethics is more of a perspective to be channeled than an opinion to be changed.. once one could realise this facet of ethics.. we all will be valued for whatever we do.
DeleteWell done great job

DeleteWhat are its ethical issues
ReplyDeleteI believe the answer for this should be the scenario created when two mindsets and their values collapses
DeleteVery well written. Great Job.
ReplyDeleteThabk you so very much!
DeleteHey Hi...its very informative ..so can u tell me what do u understand by ethics according to u?
ReplyDeleteBeing honest to ourself set us in right path. I believe in this ethic of mine.
DeleteGreat read! Have you ever witnessed the above said in real life? I mean your own life?
ReplyDeleteI remember my cousin facing the same, However he is well settled now. So I should say they exist but your will power can tackle anything.
DeleteWhat are its recommendations of unethical issues
ReplyDeleteSimply put be honest to yourself and be conscious about others.
DeleteWould you suggest any measure from your side to avoid unethical recruitment practices?
ReplyDeleteI would suggest that a company should thouroughly request a review of his judgement on every candidate not to underestimate capabilities of HR but to make sure he knows his authorities
DeleteWhat do you think HR's perspective towards a disabled person in practical life?
ReplyDeleteI think he should be himself and treat the person with no special attention in negative or positive way. Don't consider me wrong here, his physical abilities might put him aside but if I consider a job with mental work, his line is no different to others. They are one of us!
DeleteDo you think the three recommendations given would solve all the above said?
ReplyDeleteTime leaves questions as questions, I believed those three to suffice them now. But I am sure they are not all of it.
DeleteNice info...but can you please tell one more conclusion?
ReplyDeleteI should say, a HR should be capable of watching from his side as well as from the candidate side though it is not necessary if we don't talk about ethics.
ReplyDeleteComments like these keep me motivated Aditya, thanks!
ReplyDeleteGood content mam.
ReplyDeleteThank you sir
DeleteLooks very authentic!
